OUR PROGRAM

 

We operate from 3:15 to 6:15 Monday through Friday 

when school is in session.  



Our Daily schedule is as follows:

 

3:15 - 3:45   Arrival, snack, quiet time

3:45 - 4:30   Homework/Tutoring, Academics

4:30 - 4:45   Break, free choice

4:45 - 5:30   Life Skills

5:30 - 6:00   Arts, crafts, games

6:00 - 6:15   Clean up, pick up 

 

 

Fridays are our Community Days.  The schedule will look like this:

 

3:15 - 3:45   Arrival, snack, quiet time

3:45 - 5:30   Community Outing

5:30 - 6:00   Free choice

6:00 - 6:15   Clean up, pick up

 

 

Our Community Outings will be to places we can walk to (mostly) and include:  Wilderness Park, Chuck E. Cheese, Norwalk Movies, Donut Shop, 99 Cents Only Store, Walgreens, Subway, Sam's Burgers, Starbucks, China Bowl/Frozen Yogurt, McDonald's, KFC, Food 4 Less, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, A-1 Mini Mart, Bowling at Keystone Lanes, Golf n Stuff, Stonewood Mall, Denny's, IHOP, local libraries, etc. We will occasionally take the bus and possibly a car/van.  You will be notified in advance when we go on an outing and we will require your written permission to do so.

Our goal is to help your child succeed in school and in life. We supplement your child's school program by following the Individual Education Program implemented by your child's school academic team, or any other goals that you deem important, that fit within our program.



Elementary, Middle and High School

We accept students in grades 1-12, so that we can focus our program on their unique needs.
