Our policy

 

Tuition must be paid at least one week in advance.

 

Your child must stay until the end of the session.  If you choose to pick them up early, no fees will be refunded.

 

Children must be picked up no later than 6:15.  Each minute late will incur a fee of $2.00.  Transportation may be available to bring the student home depending on staff availablity, but this must be worked out ahead of time.  An additional fee will be added for this service.

 

If your child is sick, please don't bring them to the club. We don't want them spreading infection to the other students or staff.  Let us know ahead of time if your student will not be attending that day.

 

If you would like to send snacks for your child, please label them clearly.

 

All parents must sign the various releases.  More information is included in the handbook given during registration.
